Jude is a multi modality wellness practitioner who teaches breathwork & yoga as a tool for liberation from suffering.
Jude was born and raised in Sri Lanka. His curiosity in wellness began at a young age through mixed martial arts while living in Australia & the U.S. He has been practicing breathwork and meditation under various teachers throughout his travels. He started offering yoga & breathwork tools at retreats and dedicated spaces for wellness in Sri Lanka in 2021. He is the co-founder of Konectiv Wellness, a platform that focuses on community-centered wellness practices with the aim of making wellness more accessible.
