Yoga is neither religion or science. It is an ancient comprehensive guideline to used to find a balanced life by way of embodying the daily life experiences. Above all, yoga helps us to find meaning behind the things we do but this can be challenging at times. We co-created this program with mindful reset retreats to highlight tools in yoga to build healthy morning/evening routines and tools to cultivate motivation to live a meaningful life.
