A session to set collective intentions, connect to the elements around us and embody the healing potential of sound through (nada) yoga
Sunrise meditation with asana
Morning flow to wake up the senses and alight the body with heath yoga
Breath and journalling
A workshop based on introspective journalling to identify emotions and methodically hold space through journalling.
Reiki & Yin Yoga
Energy healing and restorative style (passive movements) yoga to allow the body and mind to reset.
Meditation in the bird sanctuary
Breathing & meditation in motion (by boat) amongst migratory birds over sunset or sunrise

Mouthwatering Sri Lankan cuisine made with ingredients from the village
