Global Mindfulness Meditation

As much as we are ultra concerned & adhering to physical hygiene. Mental hygiene has been grossly neglected, resulting in widespread fear, anxiety, anger & frustration which is causing a breakdown of flow in our mind & body. It exhausts our immune system and is counterproductive when dealing with this pandemic. One of the best tools we can use is the power of our own breath and it's awareness- also known as mindfulness.


Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which we focus on being intensely aware of what we are sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help restore our bodies communication system through awareness. We are consciously and collectively sending the right signals of mindful awareness to our individual and communal immune systems. As a community of mass meditators we will be generating a ripple of awareness and mindfulness to the global collective.
