Sharmila is a 200hr YTT practitioner who leads a beautifully structured pranayama session filled with nervous system resetting tools. She has been teaching Asana, Pranayama and Mindfulness to a community of almost 200 people (individuals and corporates) since November 2020

4. Balancing pranayama

  • Nadi Shodhana technique 1 - preparatory practice stages 1&2

  • Nadi shodhana technique 2- Alternate nostril breathing stages 1 &2

  • Nadi shodhana technique 3 - with breath retention stage 1
