Join a unique breathing workshop to understand the respiratory system and its connection to the mind & body. Jude will guide you to learn breath awareness through yogic breathing techniques, and focus + concentration concepts we use in meditation. About facilitator: Jude Malindra I am a multi-modality wellness practitioner who first started meditating at a young age to help with severe anxiety - my path has led me to learn from different teachers about mindfulness. I believe in spreading the message of mindfulness in ancient teachings with an understanding of the drawbacks & blessings of the modern lifestyle. I invite you to come and breathe with me to understand the true potential of your breath to cultivate calmness & balance in your life.
